I'm currently recording from a Pro 2052 with Diamond D130J discone.  I'm 
looking for some software to run the radio that will tag hits/date/time on 
the active frequency then match that with the recording to see who's using 
what.  Any suggestions?

Also could someone suggest a good call sign website so I can look up who I'm 
hearing?  Thanks guys.
