Presidential airlift for the government of Afghanistan
The Air Force Office of Military Cooperation-Afghanistan (OMC-A) is looking 
for assistance in developing a Presidential Airlift (PA) service for the 
Islamic Government of Afghanistan's Ministry of Defense (MOD), according to 
Air Force documents released on Thursday.
