Well if ANYONE can see the aircraft & photographic it from a public
accessible place, than I doubt that there's much that can be done. As far
as the record tail on ownership & the internet facilititating it, actually
the federal government has the records and could probably easily just change
or restrict it but than that would really peek the interest of hobbyists.
The same may apply to military aero operations. Sometimes the PAO's have a
lot of information they share at other times very little or nothing.
Hobbyists with an interest around military bases performing "all radio nets"
monitoring can generally differentiate the normal from the abnormal... Of
course WHEN or IF this information is posted remains at the hobbyists'
discretion.
