[MilCom] 11175.0 - Standing by for SKYMASTER traffic

      11175.0 remains active with IDENTICAL, DEER TAG and FALL FISH 
restorals.  At  0333z FALL FISH was at strong levels on 4724.0, 
8992.0, 11175.0 and 15016.0 indicating he may be in southeast Texas 
area.  One or more of these station are giving periodic "standing by 
for SKYMASTER traffic" statement on 11175.0 in the post 0400z time period.

      6833.0 (Y1Z at fair/good levels and a second TRIGRAPH at much 
weaker levels) and 6903.0 (?KA) remain active with EAM string in the 
immediate post 0400z period. And 6720.0 is active at 0505z with EAM 
traffic (weak in tstorm qrn).
