[MilCom] MIL: 4724.0 - FALL FISH

      4724.0 was active at 0236z with FALL FISH (or sounds like; 
good/strong levels here with "whine" artifacts on his audio) bcsting 
a number of EAM strings, with nothing heard on higher hfgcs freqs. 
Freq is also active with EAMs from IDENTICAL and TEST BOX (or sounds 
like; sometimes sounds like DUTCH BOX).  All three end their xmsns 
with the STANDING BY FOR TRAFFIC statement.

       11175.0 is active with DEER TAG (weak) responding to calls to 
SKYMASTER and receiving single 4-element groups from various aircraft.
