The Defense Information Contracting Organization intends to issue on a 
sole source basis Communication Service Authorization to GTE Verizon, 
Inc to furnish Terrestrial Radio-Telephone service to include voice, 
fax, and data with STUIII capability using GTE Magnastar C-2000 
equipment installed on government owned aircraft, C-40B military version 
of 737NG, tail number 01-0041, ARTU 2813.
