[MilCom] Add 320.6 to list of NORAD freqs transmitting carrier

 I would think that if someone is blasting away
on both 121.5 and 243.0 (civilian and military emergency
freqs) simultaneously, some controllers are going to 
rip someone a new bodily orifice.  They usually don't
take too kindly to that.....

Now NORAD freq 320.6 is transmitting carrier only!!
Others I listed still going strong too.

This is freaky.
