RATIO 69 (unid?), 307.0 @ FL 220>353.5>317.45 @ FL 160. The only ID I have for RATIO is an
MC-130, didn't sound like one.

Meridian T-45Cs (1A1##) have been busy the last couple days. Many of the engagements sound
like possible IP v IP . Callsigns I've heard used in the MOA have been either shooter v
target, or personal c/s.
