[MilCom] REACH flights being diverted from Ramstein to Frankfurt tonight

It is Tues, 12:54am EDT (0454z).
   According to comms on HF all acft destined for Ramstein are being diverted 
to Frankfurt because all ramps at Ramstein are filled to capacity.
   Pilots are anxious about full filling missions tomorrrow and about getting 
the pallets and pax from Frankfurt to Ramstein.
   Interesting comms tonight on 11175 from various REACH flights affected.
