291.675: RAIDER-53 aborting. Aircraft won't fly. RAIDER-54 managed to get 
airborne quickly and avoid 53; while 53 blew both main tires trying to get it 
stopped before engaging the cable. Tied up the runway for quite a while before 
getting the thing towed off.
372.20:  EVAC-11231, (C-130H, KY-ANG), land Colorado Springs.
