Not real busy, but a couple of interesting pieces.
372.20: JOSA-129, (C-21A, CO-ANG), takeoff Colorado Springs enroute Buckley.
121.00: JOSA-129, (C-21A, CO-ANG), land; then on to Rapid City.
372.20: JOSA-789, (C-21A), takeoff Colorado Springs.
372.20: SMOKY-47, (C-21A, Peterson), takeoff Colorado Springs.
275.80: REDEYE-11, flight of 4, (F-16, Buckley), cleared Cheyenne MOA. (2
sorties)
275.80: STUD-21, flight of 2, (F-16, Buckley), cleared Cheyenne MOA. (2
sorties)
121.00: COBRA-47, (??-135, Offutt), low approaches Buckley; then back to
Offutt. ((Definitely a 135; just don't know which variant. Saw it from about 10
miles away))
372.20: HAWKEYE-81, (F-16, IA-ANG), cancelling PPR for fuel at Buckley. Will
overfly.
291.675: YANKEE-74, (Unk), doing radio checks with Buckley Tower. ((Sounded
like a "heavy" rather than A-10))
372.20: JOSA-979, (C-21A), takeoff Colorado Springs enroute Andrews.
228.45: SKULL-28, flight of 2, (B-52H, Barksdale), interplane chat about not
being able to raise anyone for a radio check. Try Purple-19. Sez Offutt is
trying to get them a phone patch to either Blue Crab or Deerhunter. Finally gets
pp to Blue Crab on HF. Switch VISA-XXX and also check VISA-XXX. Can't hear
Blue Crab on either; nor can BC hear them. Decide to coordinate things when they
get back on the ground; as they can't give the up or downlink freqs over the
air. DRAT!! ((All this taking place on Buckley Metro freq. Apparently Buckley
weather guys not hearing it as they never said anything))
291.675: WARPIG-1, (A-10A, Unk), land.
