[MilCom] JSTARS ORE or ORI

The 128 ACCS from Robins AFB conducted either an ORE or
ORI this weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  They 
worked with simulated flights of fighters and with BRISTOL
(a department of Sealord, FACSFAC Jacksonville, FL).  Here
is a summary of the activity I monitored over the weekend:
