  Thanks for the photo/info links. It was definitely an E-4B.  That's my
first sighting of this aircraft.  It looks like they might have been
prepping it to leave :<

I took a trip to base today and saw a "Heavy" being serviced by some ground
personnel.  It was large, white with blue striping down the left and right
center of the fueselage plane.  It also had some type of addition to the
top, behind the cockpit area.  It was bulbuous and appeared to have a
"glassy" front to it.

The tail number is 40787.

Can anyone enlighten me please?  Unfortunately, not close enough to get a
picture :<
