[MilCom] Strange Signals

I'm getting some interesting signals on the following frequencies,
can anyone else hear them or possibly ID them.  So far they have
been constant signals, but were not up earlier this morning.

339.225     encryption or data?
347.700     encryption or data?
381.625     encryption or data?
386.175     encryption or data?
390.100     encryption or data?
