He was on his way from Patrick AFB to the Antigua downrange site then. I 
watched him depart Patrick at 1850z. On Wednesday morning he will use 10780 
(Ascension Radio & Cape Radio) after his departure from Ascension, when he is 
heading back to Patrick.
