    There are two users of 310.200 in your area:
    1) NAS Jacksonville Base Ops
    2) VMFA(AW)-533 Base (MCAS Beaufort)

    Given your proximity to NAS Jax, what you heard was likely
    someone checking in with their Base Ops.
