Rumor confirmed.  I know I saw this question on other lists, but I don't
remember what they were.  Anyway, this is from the PEMA Daily Incident Report:

May 28, 2005

This report covers the period 8:00 a.m., May 27, 2005 through 8:00 a.m., May
28, 2005 and contains the following events:

K. Bomb Threat

(Montgomery County, 6:59 p.m., 5/27/05)  A bomb scare closed Willow Grove
Reserve Air Station in Horsahm Township.  Department of Defense Bomb Team dogs
alerted on a cap gun containing gun powder; no bomb was found.  

The incident was terminated at 8:05 p.m. 

Notifications:  Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, FBI, Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Offices of the Attorney General and Homeland
Security, Southeast Terrorism Task Force, State Police and PEMA Eastern Area
