[MilCom] U-2 flight on 8/2 from KPMD-KWRB

The chase car will probably just use the typical approach control freq 
(echoing U2's change to tower) as well as
tower freq (either UHF or VHF).. Don't expect some sort of special freqs
to be used.  Keeping it Simple is the norm!!!
