Using the STS-114 mission time line available at the NASA website
(http://www.nasa.gov/returntoflight/crew/event_timeline.html) along with the
Orbitron satellite tracking program (http://www.stoff.pl) I have compiled a
list of times when the EVAs should be hearable from my location in western
Georgia. Due to the large size of the comm footprint from the Shuttle/ISS,
these times should be applicable for a large portion of the US, ± 10
minutes. All times are EDT.

Saturday, July 30
scheduled EVA time: 04:44-11:15
possible EVA comms: 08:28
                     10:03
                     11:39

Monday, August 1
scheduled EVA time: 04:14-10:44
possible EVA comms: 07:46
                     09:21
                     10:57

Wednesday, August 3
scheduled EVA time: 04:14-10:44
possible EVA comms: 07:04
                     08:39
                     10:15

I also have some screen captures from the Orbitron program showing the
footprint for the times stated above:
