[MilCom] Cape radio? and 259.7

[Larry Van Horn]

Looks super on NASA TV. Saw the neat shots of the crew heading to the pad 
including some spectacular shots of the helo that was overhead. Mike what 
helo was that overhead the astro convoy? They are getting strapped down 
right now. Looking forward to launch at 10:39 am EDT.
