32.50 Statewide Convoy Ch1
46.90 Statewide Convoy Ch2
399.65R (396.50) Common Repeater (Sacramento Facilities?) Ch2
399.65 Common Simplex Ch 1
399.70R (396.55) "White Repeater" Diablo? Ch 4
399.70 "White Simplex" Ch 3
399.60R (396.45) "Red Repeater"
399.60 "Red Simplex"
399.75R (396.60) "Yellow Repeater"
399.75 "Yellow Repeater"

I'd guess they were all NFM.. Perhaps they knew something even during that 
era that the
396+ mhz would eventually become an LMR vs aero usage band.
