On & off all day yesterday & today in the clear.   Station to 21045 & 21xxx every 1/2 hour on 20 & 50 minutes with 
location checks with a location in Lat & Long and physiacl discription.  This channel has been in the green for months.  I think this is comms for USCG MSST91105.  If I'm correct station should be in Alameda at Coast Guard Island, at least that's where they are home ported.
