[MilCom] GA aerial refueling track map

Jim and all,

Go to the NGA website for the Digital Aeronautical Information File (DAFIF)
and scroll down to the Flight Information Publications (FLIP) section.  Look under
the Planning Documents header and there will be a link to open or download
the FLIP called AP1B.  It is a 9+ meg download of a pdf file which contains 
the DoD FLIP Area Planning Military Training Routes North and South America.
After you have opened the file, look in Chapter 4 page 2 for the map of the
Refueling Tracks and Anchors for the US.  This is the most recent file effective
July 7, 2005.  The map is on page 494 of 604 if you are searching the pdf pages.
The rest of the pages in Chapter 4 contain the info for each refueling track or 
anchor.
