[MilCom] Day out Monitoring Fort Indiantown Gap

Is there anyway of knowing that a particular day will be active? Can you see the bombing range 
from that location?  It would be a 2 hour drive for me.  Rich Kramer (on this list) may 
respond.  My alternative would be to go to the Warren Grove Range in NJ.  You can call there 
to see if the range is active for that day.
