    STRIKE 84 worked in the Sealord 5X area prior to going
    to Townsend and overflew River Street in Savannah prior
    to going to Beaufort after working Townsend.  
    
    My best guess is to who they are is based is that they are
    USN Opfor F-16s.  If I recall correctly, the USN has some 
    ex-Pakistani F-16s that they use for Opfor as the NSAWC.
    They may be in the area to work with the USS Roosevelt
    Carrier Strike Group, when STRIKE 84 checked in with 
    Sealord, he made it clear he WAS NOT working with "the
    boat" on this flight.
