[MilCom] Baton Ops 395.1

On a trip across the PA Turnpike to Harrisburg the other day for work, I
confirmed that Baton Ops is still 395.1.  No vacating the upper 300MHz area for
them, yet.
What's the timeframe for moving out of this range?

Baton Ops = PA ANG 193rd SOW
