[MilCom] Possible new talkgroup for Kings bay submarine base

Hello friends
I hesitated in reporting this information to 
http://www.radiorefence.com  moments ago.  I was able to hear Kings bay 
sub base no problem right after a storm here in Saint simons island 
Georgia .I have my Pro97 scanning in open mode for the sub base trunked 
system. A new i.d popped up moments ago

5360 weather control center
I hesitate in submitting this info to radioreference  because I am not 
sure if he said "Weapons control" or "weather control"  .... Any  help 
in this matter would be appreciated.
