[MilCom] Moody C-130 making PJ drops at Avon Park Bombing Range

It is Thurs, 10:52am EDT (1452z).
   Moody AFB C-130 "KING 21" is up on 292.2 informing Avon Park Bombing Range 
that he is 15 minutes out from landing to deplane his drop party.  He 
corrected callsign from "KING 15." Moody has both a KING 15 and a KING 21.
