[MilCom] Interesting Catch Last Night

Last night around 7:45pm (2345z) I had a loud tone pop up on 319.7 and all  3 
of the scanner were getting it l/c.
 
The tone lasted at least 15mins & reminded me of a TACAMO signal as it  was a 
loud tone with a beep in it about every 2 or 3 seconds.
 
As most of you know, 319.7 is mostly used as a secondary freq for most  AR 
tracks. There was a JSTAR working up in AR-633 at the time and  thought maybe 
they might've been playing around with the secondary channel  testing some 
equipment possibly.
 
Anyone else in the area hear it?
