[MilCom] HF rebroadcast freqs for Shuttle Launc h Control

I am getting a lot of Emails from people wanting to know HF freqs that might 
be rebroadcasting the Shuttle Launch Control comms that I am hearing here.  I 
do not know if Goddard ARC will be rebroadcasting the comms for STS-114, but 
since it is so important a launch (Return to Flight), my guess would be that 
they might broadcast.
