[MilCom] BANDSAW active in GA & AL

Activity is complete, BANDSAW (SENTRY 40) is RTB Tinker AFB. He was orbiting
somewhere in the Columbus sector of Atlanta Center. I'm guessing he was
orbiting off the Columbus or La Grange VORTACs but there was too much cloud
cover to get a visual :-(
