FWIW, 259.700 and 296.800 have been heard active
here during radio testing. 259.700 was active with Discovery
and Houston during the practice countdown in June.
The Shuttle Training Aircraft have also been heard
working MILA in the last month on both freqs while
making practice approaches (dives) at the SLF.
Phase 1 lightning watch now in effect for CCAFS and
port area. Forecast is for the storms to build and move
west during the day.
