[MilCom] Wx makes Avon unworkable for USS Roosevelt Acft

It is Sun, 2:28pm EDT (1828z).
  Acft from USS Roosevelt have been attempting to come into Avon Park Bombing 
Range, but they appear to be calling the sortie off due to bad weather in the 
ALTRV.  BEAR 20 has been controlling the acft, including LION 31 flight, on 
343.7.  They have also been heard with Miami Ctr on 269.3 and with Avon Range 
Ctrl on 292.2.
