   REACH 288 has made a series of phone patches (via HF-GCS Station Puerto 
Rico) to Mildenhall CP Banner and to Mildenhall AMCC, attempting to get 
information on the status of tanker "FUELR 09."  REACH 288 also requested the freq for 
the AR track and was given 249.775.
