I noticed that after 9/11 there seemed to be a shake up
on the NORAD frequency assignments. The "old" set used
by OAK GROVE for the most part went quiet and freqs
for the WADS and a few other areas became active.

Yes they are all programmed in.
I ID mine as OAK GROVE if that is who was worked,
regardless of where the freq might have been assigned.
