[MilCom] CAP Exercise Commencing; Mil CAP active too

It is Wednesday, 12:48pm EDT (1648z).
   A CAP (Civil Air Patrol) exercise of some sort is commencing in this 
central Florida location.
   SEARCH 01, one of NASA's UH-1N helo, just departed Patrick AFB and 
informed Departure that he is en route to the IP to participate in the exercise. He 
says he is on his way south to the Sebastian Inlet area, whereupon he will fly 
north along the Intracoastal Waterway at 500 feet and below.
   CAP Flight 838 is also up on the same departure freq, 132.65; he will be 
orbiting off Melbourne.  Cape Control freq 133.8 is also associated with this 
exercise.
   At the same time a Mil CAP (Combat Air Patrol) is active; Tanker 08 is in 
comms with Pitman 21 on 252.0. Pitman 21 is up with Miami Ctr on 119.825, and 
is using 141.9 for air-air. Pitman 21 says he is flying the Atlas 2 CAP. He 
just switched to ATC freq 133.475.
