[MilCom] VFR Supplement Civilian Airports Listed?

My "top of the head" guess would be that the airport falls within the 
lateral boundaries of a MOA.  Typically, only small airports are within 
those boundaries.  If you were to e-mail me a couple of the ones in 
Georgia (if there are any), I could grab a sectional and take a look.
