[MilCom] VA Beach - Newport News

As part of my job, I'll be spending one week a month in the area of Newport
News and Virginia Beach, VA.  I've decided to bring my Pro-43 with the Radio
Shack center-load collapsible whip antenna.  I'm dedicating two banks (40
channels) in the radio for these trips.

I'm going back through the message archives to find frequencies, and I have
my list for the DC / Baltimore area, but I'd like suggestions from people
closer to the action to suggest what their top frequencies might be.
