 REACH 245 C-5 #68-0223 arrive Dover 1945z.holding for runway conditions.

 REACH 0349 with Andrews CP 378.100 div to KCHS.

 PAT 43 single UH-60 chopper arrive Dover,"DV on HR mission".

 REACH 9008 arrive Dover,req c/ag,forward kneel for HR ceremony.
 holding for runway conditions,may have to divert to KCHS.
 
 Dover expects runway 32 to open soon so 9008 and 245 holding for now.
