I attended this demo yesterday at New Iberia (KARA).

L-39 raced this MTT turbine powered motorcycle.  If you've never seen a
motorcycle go over 200 mph it is quite a sight.  Comms were on 125.0 MHz
(Acadiana Tower).

MTT sells makes these bikes locally and sells them to the likes of Jay Leno and
other collectors.  They also put turbine engines in boats, cars and they make
water pumps for fire fighting.
