Walked into the shack to find this guy on 239.35 (?). ATC was trying to hand
him off and he kept saying he was UHF only (!?). ATC finally understood what
he was saying and handed him off to 307.15. A quick registration check shows
he is a TA-4J from the Collins Foundation:

Looks like we might be seeing him on the airshow circuit this year.
