1/14/05 Heard what sounded to be "?Atlantic? Air Force 356 A" inbound to Dover AFB this morning around 1500z. The pilot had a foreign accent. Comms heard on 349.4 Dover CP, Inbound with 11 passengers. Later heard on 132.425 Dover App for landing. -Hammer -40 Miles NW of Phila.
