landing there but lots of fog.
 Say they also have 3 HR's aboard and will go to Norfolk if they can't get

  Unusual having NAVY transport HR's to Dover so assume Marines aboard unless 
some Naval fatalities I haven't heard about.
  Not sure if they made it in... nasty fog today all around the mid-Atlantic.
