[MilCom] 311.2?

At 22:45z on 11 Jan 2005 I copied high speed data transmission on 370.1 and
I have an ARIS (spelling? 13 flight working McGuire Metro heading to Little
Rock Arkansas (KLIT).  370.1 is airborne signal based on the fading.
