ARMY 23140 was at Lawson AAF yesterday testing the ILS. During a discussion
with Atlanta approach he said he was the Army's version of the FAA Flight
Check program.

As for the JC-12D designation, that is what the Joe Baugher site reports
with the J indicating a temporary special test. However Scramble shows it
as a standard C-12D.
