[MilCom] C130 type ID?

The pods are on both sides of the plane. They look
like DIRCM pods, Directional Infrared Countermeasures.
Also know as AN/AAQ-24 (V).
The RAF Hercules C3A and USAF MC-130 and AC-130's
are equipped with these. A lack of guns should make it an MC-130
variant.
If anyone has the March 2004 issue of Combat Aircraft see page 9.
