the BLOCK 390 - 410 & rqsted descent to BLOCK 240 - 250; in nonstandard
formation 2 miles in trail .

No comms noted on UHF freqs of 381.300 / 388.850 / 383.100 / 393.000
reported to be associated w/ 509th BW communications.
