NOTE: Propagation for most of the day was terrible at my location. Could hear 
ALE fine but the voice on most freqs was very weak to unheard. Maybe the 4-8 
inches of new snow had something to do with it.

1. U.S. COAST GUARD:

18594.0 Camslant Chesapeake: 1523 USB/ALE & voice w/J36 (HH-60J #6036 CGAS 
Elizabeth City-not heard) w/position report.

18594.0 Camslant (not heard): 1910 USB/ALE & voice w/J04 (USCG HH-60J #6004, 
CGAS Elizabeth City). J04 reports they are on final for ??? Aviation at Sioux 
City Iowa and are securing radio guard. J04 advises Camslant they will 
restablish comms when they get airborne again in a couple of hours.  At 2032 on 
18594.0 J04 reports they are airborne from Sioux City Iowa enroute to Paducah KY 
for full stop. J04 advises Camslant that they have 4 POB and that their 
homeplate is CGAS Elizabeth City.


2.CUSTOMS & BORDER PATROL (CBP):

15867.0 M69 (M69- CBP BEECH C-12C #N7069A, Caribbean AMB): 2012 USB/ALE & 
encrypted voice w/CRB (CRB- CBP Caribbean Regional Communications Node). 

3. OPERATIONS BAHAMAS TURKS & CAICOS (OPBAT):

13907.0 X51 (US Army UH-60L tail # 94-26551 2-3rd AVN): 1309 USB/ALE TO OPB 
(OPBAT). In voice they QSY to 15867.0 and are unreadable at my location. At 
1512 51A in voice and ALE w/OPBAT passing position as 150nms on bearing of 297 
degrees from Bravo 7.
