[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - SAM 8570

      11175.0 was active at 1531z with SAM 8570 (fair/good levels here; 
female opr) calling MAINSAIL and raising OFFUTT (strong here; weak to her) 
for a weather phone patch but stepped on by OFFUTT h+31 EAM rebroadcast of 
DSQXCQ, and gone. At 1543z PELICAN 712 (good/fair) called MAINSAIL and 
raised OFFUTT (strong) for a phone patch to FIDDLE for an "on station" 
notification and gone.
