10183.0 was active at 0045z with 7 OSCAR BRAVO (fair levels; now with
the earlier female opr) bcsting the three EAM strings. LAPPWH ends with
"...5681." As noted earlier it is extremely rare for an EAM to contain
zeros, one, eights and nines (at least on the HFGCS and non trigraph HF EAM
freqs over the past 20+ years). The only known exceptions are the
occasional apparent test strings reported over the years (the 8888 things),
a single 30-character EAM string (WEZ2IE) at 0411z 08 Sep 00 from OFFUTT
that contained a single nine (pronounced "niner" and "nine" by the GHFS
opr), and 5 strings heard over the period of 23 - 24 May 1996 that
contained EAL1A, EAM1A and EAN1A embedded within the long strings, with the
last string of the series sent "FOR USS BUFFALO".
